We teach classic Hatha Yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our general and beginners’ classes are suitable for both men and women.
We also specialise in pregnancy yoga with 10 prenatal yoga classes each week. Classes are designed for women at any stage in their pregnancies and are suitable for beginners.
Classes combine traditional postures (asanas) with a conscious focus on the breath with the aim of aligning the body, mind and spirit. We encourage self-awareness and each class is designed to meet the needs and abilities of all individuals.
Extra Classes and Workshops in April with Veroniki
Veroniki is running alternate Yin Yoga and Meditations every Friday evening throughout March.
The Yin Yoga classes are slower in pace and poses aim to target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
The Chakra Meditation and Pranayama sessions are a wonderful way for you to wind down your week.

Post Natal Yoga
TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS AT 11.30am
These classes are designed for mums who want to work on maintaining their flexibility and strength whilst being able to bring their bubs into class with them. The classes naturally follow on from our pregnancy yoga classes and include poses to help rebuild your core strength, realigning the spine, hips and pelvis as well as releasing muscle tension, particularly around the shoulders and upper spine due to breast-feeding and carrying your newborn. We ask that you bring along a blanket for your bub to lie on and that you recommence these classes after your 6 week post natal check with your caregiver. Bubs up to crawling age are all welcome.
If you would like to arrange a class for you and your mother’s group at a more suitable time than is currently provided on our timetable, please let us know and we can put on a class for a group of 6 or more students.
