A boutique studio in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with classes specialising in preparation for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Yoga and Pilates help to bring strength, flexibility and calm into your journey of motherhood. All our teachers are experienced and trained in pre and post natal yoga so you are in very good hands during this important stage of your lives.
Classes are suitable for women before, during and after pregnancy and are also suited to beginners to yoga. We aim to support a healthy, balanced approach to your important role as a mama.
We also run regular workshops to support and encourage both women and their partners during this important stage in becoming parents.
Prenatal Pilates Class – Tuesdays at 7pm
Pilates classes offer the chance to stretch and relax, as well and safely strengthen your deep core muscles, pelvic floor and postural muscles. It’s important to approach exercise with the appropriate support in order to maintain strength and fitness throughout your pregnancy. Helping you to be the healthiest and most active mama you can be.
Post Natal Yoga

These classes are designed for mums looking to maintain or regain fitness post birth. The classes naturally follow on from our pregnancy yoga classes and include poses to help rebuild your core strength, realign the spine, hips and pelvis as well as releasing muscle tension, particularly around the shoulders and upper spine due to breast-feeding and carrying your bubba. Bubs up to crawling age are welcome to our day classes – Please bring along a blanket for your bub to lie on and we ask that you start these classes after your 6 week post natal check with your caregiver.

Sun Salutation for Pregnancy
Classes are taken by the lovely Beth from KarmaKidsYoga – she has a wealth of experience and has been practising yoga for over 25 years. Beth trained in early childhood and Montessori, and completed her Kids Yoga training in New York in 2005.
