Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is great fun for your child’s mind, body and spirit. We combine stories, music, imagination and visualisation with traditional yoga techniques to create a unique movement experience.

Children are innately flexible; they love to engage all their senses and explore freely with their mind, body and spirit. Kids Yoga offers fun-filled classes where children are encouraged to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.

Beth has been practising yoga for 15 years and is certified to teach children's yoga through the Next Generation Teacher Training for 2-13 year olds and the Radiant Child Yoga Program Levels 1, 2 and 3 (infant to teens). She studied ballet for 12 years and has taught Fun with Movement Classes at Kim's School of Ballet in Sydney . Beth is also a qualified Montessori pre-school teacher and has spent the past 15 years combining her interests in education, child development and psychology in a variety of ways. She has written a Literacy program for years K to HSC and has worked for international companies training staff and supervisors in teaching Literacy, as well as working with children to enhance their literacy skills.
