Post-natal Yoga

Classes are designed for the postpartum body. We focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility and overall energy. Mums with or without bubs are welcome to come along to our day classes – just as soon as you’ve had your 6 week postnatal check. This¬†evening post natal classes are designed for you to be able to leave your bubba with a carer, so that you can enjoy important time to yourself.

Poses, or asanas used will be in a flow-like vinyasa class and will also focus on shoulder-opening, re-building abdominal strength, as well as helping to bring ease and relaxation back into your schedule to help you feel rested.
