Classes are designed for the postpartum body. We focus on rebuilding strength, flexibility and overall energy. Mums with or without bubs are welcome to come along to our day classes – just as soon as you’ve had your 6 week postnatal check. This evening post natal classes are designed for you to be able to leave your bubba with a carer, so that you can enjoy important time to yourself.
Poses, or asanas used will be in a flow-like vinyasa class and will also focus on shoulder-opening, re-building abdominal strength, as well as helping to bring ease and relaxation back into your schedule to help you feel rested.
